What types of rental properties do you offer?

Ben Lomond Inc. offers clean, affordable one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses across multiple well-maintained communities in Fairbanks, Alaska.

How do I apply for an apartment or townhouse?

To apply, please visit our Applications page and complete the online application form. Applications are processed in the order they’re received, so we recommend applying early if you see a unit that interests you.

What are your rental qualifications?

Applicants must have a verifiable income, good rental history, and pass a background and credit check. We evaluate each application fairly and encourage all prospective tenants to apply.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Some of our units are pet-friendly with certain breed and size restrictions. A pet deposit and monthly pet rent may apply. Contact our office to find out which properties allow pets.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee that covers background and credit screening. The amount will be disclosed at the time of application submission.

Do your properties include utilities?

Utility coverage varies by property. Some units include heat, water, and trash removal, while others may require tenants to set up their own utility services. Specifics are listed with each available unit.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Most of our leases are for 12 months. However, we occasionally offer shorter lease options depending on availability and property location. Please call us to discuss your needs.

How can I schedule a showing?

You can schedule a showing by calling our office directly or submitting a request through the Contact Us page. We’ll coordinate a time that works for you.

Do you accept housing assistance programs?

Yes, we work with several housing assistance programs including Section 8. Be sure to mention this in your application or when you call to inquire.

Is parking available at your properties?

Yes, most of our properties include off-street parking. Some also offer assigned spots or garages. Parking details are provided in each unit listing.

What happens if something breaks in my unit?

We provide responsive maintenance service. Tenants can submit a maintenance request online through the Resident Services portal or call the office directly for urgent issues.
